Babcock Ranch is located near Fort Myers Florida, just minutes from I-75 and the Southwest Florida International Airport. As a part of Charlotte county, Babcock Ranch lies in close proximity to the famous Peace River as well as the county’s 12.5 miles of coastline along the beaches and barrier islands.
